Shipping & Returns
All orders will ship from our warehouse in Santa Cruz, California. Our main shipper is FedEx. Orders placed online will be processed at 3:00 pm PST, and will usually ship next day unless otherwise noted. You will receive a FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
If you need to return a product, please contact us at Sales@PacificGreenProducts.com, or call (831) 423-3350 to request an RA number. Returns will only be accepted within 60 days of purchase. All items being returned must be in salable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. It’s the buyers responsibility to pay all shipping and handling fees that might occur. PacificGreenProducts.com will not refund any shipping charges.
Orders in pallet quantities--usually about 20 cases or more--will ship freight. Discounts are available for high volume customers! All pricing discounts are based on volume, so, the more you buy, the more you save!

Free Shipping Program
Free freight shipping available on all our products* when you purchase a minimum of 20 items combined with a minimum subtotal of $699.99 per pallet to any customers in the state of California. Address location must be capable to receive common carrier deliveries.
*If ordering only gloves or utensils, minimum order must be 54 cases or more. No minimum dollar amount will apply for Free Shipping in this circumstance.
