Orders
All orders will ship from our warehouse in Santa Cruz, California. Our main shipper is FedEx. Orders placed online will be processed at 3:00 pm PST, and will usually ship next day unless otherwise noted. Tracking Information
You will receive a FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Returns
If you need to return a product, please contact us at Returns@PacificGreenProducts.com, or call (831)431-7026 to request an RA number. Returns will only be accepted within 60 days of purchase. All items being returned must be in salable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. It’s the buyers responsibility to pay all shipping and handling fees that might occur. PacificGreenProducts.com will not refund any shipping charges.
Large Order
Orders in pallet quantities, usually about 20 cases or more, will ship FedEx freight. Please visit the Wholesale section of our website for more information. Discounts may be available for high volume customers.
